To twibbon or not to twibbon.

When I choose an avatar for whatever website I'm using I always make it a picture of myself. It makes it more personal and hopefully the people in interacting with online feel more comfortable with me. This way I'm a real person and not a cartoon character.
I've also added a twibbon from the NOH8 campaign. A simple way to show my support and let people know where I stand. I have no need to hide my face or where my support lies. If I ever felt like I needed to lie or hide my identity online then I probably shouldn't be online.
